Yoga & Meditation & Mindset 

In this morning class you will focus on yourself and fill up your own cup!
You will learn how to move and breathe in a healthy way so that you stretch, strengthen, balance and relax your body and with this also your mind and soul at the same time.
Together we will practise asanas from Hatha-Yoga.
By combining them, we will be moving in a nice flow, feeling our energy level rise and balancing ourselves. By focusing on our bodies and breath we are letting go of stress. 
Moreover, we will combine the yogaexercises with tools for your mindset to be empowered and focus on what you truly really want for your day and your future.
In the meditations you will learn to connect with yourself, your source and others as well as learn the power of visualization as one asset and stepping stone to fulfill your goals and dreams.
With this special Yoga & Meditation & Mindset - practise you will feel like after a brief holiday: energized, yet centred, happy, focused and relaxed at the same time.
Your body, mind and soul will be ready for whatever is to come today!

Meet the instructor

Ellen Wulfert

For more than 20 years, I have been working as German Bi-lingual educator for English and PE, as a yoga-, fitness and dance instructor as well as a body- and mindset coach, teaching and coaching thousands of children and teenagers, parents and educators.
My vision and mission is to show every single one of my clients how to create a healthy and fit body as well as a positive and strong mindset.
I am empowering children, teenagers, their parents and educators to „dance“ through their self-determined lives of their dreams full of health, joy and happiness, as well as  abundance and freedom, living their full potentials and a life that outlives them!
